Exactly as advertised. Small footprint and charges devices at least 15% faster than regular usb adapter. I know because I tested it with 2 phones, a tablet, headphones, etc. I wanted to see if it was for real. It is.

FAQ

** Amazon Customer Questions & Answers **
The questions and answers below were created by Amazon customers, who are not affiliated or in any way officially connected with RAVPower. Please follow their advice at your own discretion.
1.Does this device cover up the adjoining outlet when plugged into a standard two plug wall outlet? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: It can. Look at where the DC plugs are located; they're to the side of the center of the device. The device is pretty big but you just have to flip it so the DC plug side of the device is facing toward the outlet. That way the longer side of the device protrudes away from the other outlet..
2.RAVPower® 24W/ 2.4A per port Foldable Plug Dual USB Travel Charger White: Is this UL listed? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: No but it comes with one year unconditional warranty and if you register online that extra six months..
3.can i charge an iPhone and iPad at same time> Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes, there is plenty of power to charge both..
4.Does this come with USB cables? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: No, it does not come with the cables..
5.iSmart works in the same way than Adaptive fast charging or Quick Charge 2.0 ? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: No they are not the same. An adaptive quick charger is samsungs name for a q.c. 2 charger which is 9 volts at 1.67 amps. ismart is at 5v and up to 2.4 amps, the 2.4 amp is very hard to achieve, you'll need a high end cord, it'll have to be very short aswell usually under 18 inches. I found charging my note 5 in the ismart port it charges around 1.6 amps. But, if you use a q.c.2 or adaptive quick charger but you're device doesn't support it nothing bad will happen, it'll automatically swich back to 5v. q.c. 3 works in the same way, but it runs at 12v 1.2 amps. Some q.c. chargers will put out 9 or 12 volts at up to 2 amps, this is normal. Some portable batteries can charge at this rate, the higher amp will not effect your phone. Also with q.c. 3 chargers if you're phone uses q.c.2 or q.c.1 it will automatically swich back and not harm your phone (q.c.1 is 5v at 2 amps) standard chargers are 5v at 1 amp. .
6.Has the charger lasted you more than a year? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I bought mine in May and it just quit working. I'm back here on the page looking for info on how to replace it..
7.Do both ports give 24w? i have a dell v 11 pro that needs 24w to charge. Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: No. Each port is 5 volts with 2.4 amps, which equals 12 watts (5 volts x 2.4amps = 12 watts). The 24 figure is the aggregate output of both ports..
8.does the plug fold Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes the plug folds.
9.Has anyone actually measured the amperage / voltage coming out of this? I'm charging my Nexus 6 and it feels a bit slow. Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: One measured 2.3 and other at 3.7average amp I cannot measure at same time as I only have a single tester. It is supposed to adjust according to the device I believe I charge my iPhone and iPad and it is faster then before..
10.Does this get hot when charging? My last one felt like it was going to catch on fire? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: No my charger has never gotten hot. Was so impressed with this product I ordered one for my husband. His doesn't overheat either..
