Please make sure the filehub is powered on. Wait a moment, then the blue LED is solid, then use a needle pin to press the reset hole for more than 10 seconds, maybe 15 seconds, then you will see the wifi LED blinking for a while. It means the reset is successful.
Please note:Due to the limitation of the Apple iOS system, you can ONLY access the Photos folder on your iPad/iPhone; Filehub is currently unable to sync with media files stored in iTunes to USB storage devices due to digital rights management (DRM).
Please just update the firmware to the newest version. You'd better keep it full power and then download the file of new firmware via Android device or Mac, Windows. But for iOS devices, due to protection of Apple company, it can not. Please download the file of firmware on your phone, tablet or PC, and plug a USB drive or sd card in the item that is just acted as a temporary storage for filehub. And I am attaching a guide PDF here. The file has been unziped, you do not need to unzip it again. If the firmware update has any problem, here are the tips you can check: #1, Make sure you download the firmware to your phone or PC’s local storage, not in your SD card or Hard drive. #2, Change another web browser to try, like firefox or google chrome. #3, Please check the file’s name is “fw-7620-WiFiDGRJ-RAVPower-RP-WD03-2.000.050”, if it's not, just change it to the same name.
#1, Turn on the filehub, connect your phone/tablet and smart TV with the filehub's wifi. #2, Move the files you want to stream to your smart TV to the "share" folder. #3, Insert the chromecast into your smart TV's USB port. Finish the settings of the chromecast in your phone/tablet. Please note the chromecast only works with android system. #4, Open a video in the filehub plus app and stream it to your smart TV. Our device has two MAC address, one for LAN port , the other for WAN port. MAC address in the Network Settings->Wi-Fi & LAN dialog is used for LAN port . The customer should use the WAN port MAC address. For example,MAC address in the Network Settings->Wi-Fi & LAN is 00:1C:C2:09:20:20, then the user should set Apple AirPort Extreme as 00:1C:C2:09:20:21

Please note we did a little change on the new app, the "transfer" button is replaced by the "copy", "cut" and "paste" buttons under the tool icon list. #1, Choose the files you want to transfer #2, Click "copy" or "cut" under the tool list #3, Go to the folder where you want to transfer the files to #4, Click "paste" under the tool list, then the files will be under transfering. Click the page button, you will see the transfering progress. If the copy button doesn’t work, please just uninstall and reinstall the app to try.
1. How to access hotel internet connection which will redirect to admin page? Please don't let the program load the hotel login/authentication page, but rather, input the url hotel website: www.holidayinnexpress.com (for example) 2. How to access the hotel wifi network (which has a login or authentication page)? - ask hotel front desk to get the wifi user name and password of your room - connect your phone to Filehub, login its webend 10.10.10.254 - setting -> internet -> wireless access -> scan -> select your hotel's wifi name (SSID), leave the password empty, save. - open another page on your phone browser, the hotel restrict page pops up, login with the username & password you asked from front desk - your Filehub 's mac address has been registered by hotel wifi system, then your other devices could access the network bridged by Filehub. (clear your browser cache if it failed to connect at the first time) When you are trying to authorize the Filehub device (once per 24hours in most USA hotels) sometimes your mobile device will refuse to find the authorization page through the TripMate. The easy fix is to connect to the hotel WiFi directly and open the hotel authorization page on your mobile. Then connect back to the Filehub WiFi and refresh the Authorization Page. This will force the Filehub ID to authorize and should get you connected to the internet again.
Please note the filehub does not work with Mac formatted hard drive. Please check if your storage is MAC formatted, if so, please try to format it into exFAT file system which works with both windows and MAC. If it's not your storage devices' formatting problem, please reset the filehub to try. If you got the message "no available space", please plug a USB drive or sd card in the item that is just acted as a temporary storage for filehub. If you got the message "Wrong File Format", please check the file's name. The firmware original file name is "fw-7620-WiFiDGRJ-RAVPower-RP-WD03-2.000.050", if your file name is "fw-7620-WiFiDGRJ-RAVPower-RP-WD03-2.000(41).050", then it won't work.

Yes, you could. But please be advised that it could not connected to the hidden SSID automatically after the first connection. However, for an unhidden one, the filehub can default connect with it after first connection.
The filehub WD03 supports windows formatted (FAT16/32, exFAT) USB hard drives up to 4TB and SD/SDHC/SDXC cards up to 256GB.

1. Turn on your tripmate, find the filehub's SSID (filehub-XXXX) in the WiFi list of you device, access in with default password “11111111”. 2. Open browser, enter 10.10.10.254. 3. Go to Settings -> Network Settings -> WiFi &LAN -> enter your new password -> Save. 4. Back to you device’s wifi settings, reconnect filehub’s SSID with new password.
To play more different format video files, we would recommend you to download other compatible apps such as such as GoodPlayer , MX Player and VLC. To choose the 3rd party video player , you can press and hold on a video file on the app 'RAV Filehub', it will pop out a dialog with 3rd party app list for you to select a suitable app to accomplish this.

Pleae be adivsed that the fileHub could only support windows file system(Supports NTFS/FAT16/FAT32 formatted disks) but not mac file system. About the hard drive, the it could support up to 4TB and the SD/SDHC/SDXC up to 256 GB.
Videos purchased from iTunes are DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected, so the fileHub could not play them.
At first, you need to connect your device to wifi of filehub via setting (password is "11111111") And then, log in user interface 10.10.10.254 (via browser)or App. username:admin password:(leave it blank) If still not work, please reset filehub with a needle-like thing by long pressing for 15 to 30 seconds, and then restart and do as mentioned.

If the app is the latest one "rav filehub or FileHub Plus" instead of the old version "AirStor"? 3). If the format of your SD-card or USB-drive is mac formatted? Please be advised that the FileHub could only support windows/DOD file systems. However, would you like to try another SD card or USB- drive to see if it works? 4). Did you unlock sd card or select write-protection to sd card? If still the same, please contact us via support.

The reason why we deleted the part of firmware, is that some customers can‘t help upgrading their unit mistakenly and then so many customer's device have broken down within upgrading by mistake. Actually, our suggestion is please do not upgrade it if your filehub works well, due to some risks of breakdown within upgrading.
