1. When trying to charge my MacBook using the USB-C port on the battery, it immediately begins to recharge itself.. How do I prevent this?
I know this is about the Macbook, but for anyone looking to charge a Chrome OS-based Chromebook, the OS allows us to choose where to direct energy flow after we hold the button down for 5 seconds. A notification will pop up in the notification center and just click it to change the power source of the Chromebook to the ac adapter.
2. Will this portable battery charge the Nintendo Switch without any problems?
To answer all the statements regarding the RavPower bank only being able to charge the Nintendo Switch in sleep mode: It is NOT true the switch can only be charged if put into sleep mode first. I am able to begin charging the switch while in the middle of a game. I am using the USB-C to USB-C included with the RavPower battery.
3. Does this support QC 3.0??
I believe that is a different charging protocol actually. I use this for my Google Pixel XL which actually uses Power Delivery (PD) and not Quick Charge 3.0 as its quick charge method.
4. Can this charge my Spectre X360 while it is in use?
It charges my Note 8 faster than I can use it. Even with heavy use.
5. Will this bank fast charge an iphone x with a usb-c to lightning cable?
Yes, I use a USB-c to lightning cable and my iPhone charges at top speed.
6. Does this charge the dell xps 13 (9365)?
YES I have a XPS 13 9350, this one can charge it vis USB-C port(using a c to c cable). But the power output is 30W instead of 45W, so it won't charge as fast as the original power brick(or Xiaomi 45W PD Power Supply). And there will be a warning when you power on the laptop, telling you that the charger is underpowered, you can choose to ignore it can use the laptop as usual.
