1. Will this work with a nintendo switch while docked in TV mode?
Yes, this charger works well with the Nintendo switch docked in TV mode.
2. What are the usb pd output voltage specs for this device...ie What is maximum voltage/current output combinations available?
The output of the charger is 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/2. 25A.
3. Does it feel stable plugged into the lower outlet or does it wobble and sit at an angle like most large adapters?
It feels fairly stable. I'm sure that a wobble could depend on what outlet it is plugged into. The unit overall feels solidly made.
4. I have a hp spectre 13.3 laptop would this be useful to use it as a charger? (i lost the original one and Im looking for a replacement)?
This is only a 45 watt charger, and I think the HP Spectre 13 uses a 65 watt charger. It will charge it, but may take longer?
