One Key Backup
Step 1: Hold the power button for 5s unstil the wifi icon is light on.
Step 2: Plug into your flash drive/Hard drive and SD card. Wait until the 'SD' LED light will not flash. (Identify the device ready).
Step 3: When the LED light is not flash please keep press the button ' SD»usb ' about 5 seconds until the LED light is flash again.( Now RP-WD007 is reading your SD card.)
Step 4: Wait until the 'SD' LED light is no longer flashing then one key backup is completed.
Step 5: Now you can check your backup file 'SDbackup' in your flash drive/hard drive via our APP RAV FileHub or 10.10.10.254.

1. Can I transfer word files with this? i need to pull files from my external hard drive to my ipad pro.

Yes, the newest model (2019 Version).
4. Is a cord included? What's in the box?
Yes, USB charging cable, I’m using it to transfer files by Wifi, although it may be possible to use the USB cord to the iPad Pro to do so.
5. Does it support mac format drive?
No it does not support Mac formatted drives. I am using an NTFS drive.
6. Do you need internet access ie wifi to connect the hub to your ipad pro? Can you use this product without internet access?
You need to search and connect wifi from RAVPower FileHub ( FileHubPlus-XXXX ) network when you import&export data,photo,video... from iPad prod to RAVPower FileHub,dont need home internet access.
