Provides pleanty of power. I learned my lesson after hurricane Irma hit and I was without power for 24 hours. I bought a battery charger from a local retailer that just wouldn't hold a charge, especially while I tried to use it at the same time I was using the phone. This provides a solid 2AMP vs 1AMP output that holds a good charge and lets you use your phone and charger at the same time.

I have a 15.4 MBP with the USB-C charger and this thing has saved me several times...with a computer as big as mine especially multitasking as much as I do this will only slow the the time until your computer dies if you have it open and running intensive programs....but if I close the MBP (still on) or shut it down, this gadget will get me most of the way to full if not all the way....the two way USB-C is nice to cuz I use my laptops brick to charge it up! Love it

The quick charge 3.0 port fast charges my galaxy s8 while it charges my tablet, another accessory, or my signigant other's iphone 6s simultaneously. I tested it on a cable test meter and the capacity checks out. Keep in mind that if you test the capacity you have to use regular 5v charging. Cable test meters won't adjust to quick charge voltages. They just do amps x hours = amp hours, but the capacity in the description at 5v.

Type-C / USB-C Input & Output RAVPower 20100mAh Portable Charger QC 3.0 Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 Power Bank External Battery Pack + QC3.0 USB Charger for Macbook, Galaxy S8, iPhone and More What an excellent battery. I recently learned that the Moto Z Play Droid is not capable of using just any power bank. It needs one specifically rated to activate the TurboPower for fast charging, which this does. My reason for purchasing this is to have power for extended periods when away from an outlet, like when I go on day and overnight trips. What an easy product to use! This has more than enough power to charge my phone and that of my fiance at least a couple times. Plus when we are in the car, I have a car charger intended to defray using the power bank for longer trips. In all, this charges my phone quickly and also recharges in a very short amount of time. Just the way I like my power banks, recharges quickly so I don't have to worry when I awaken the next morning about not having enough juice for my trips. Of note, I purchased a Cable Matters USB Type C (USB-C) Cable 6.6 Feet in Black and two of Cable Matters USB Type C (USB-C) to Type C (USB-C) Cable in Black 9.8 Feet . The 9.8 foot cable for when I need extra length while at home and the shorter one for at my desk. Easy peesy.

** Amazon Customer Questions & Answers **
The questions and answers below were created by Amazon customers, who are not affiliated or in any way officially connected with RAVPower. Please follow their advice at your own discretion.
1.Does it support passthrough charging at all? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Short answer: Yes, but not true pass through. Long answer: Yes but it acts like any PSU would. I charge my phone with QC2.0 tech while usb-c is charging the battery and it works correctly, however, you have to remember that every transfer, wall to battery, battery to external unit, only has about 80% efficiency. So if you're charging a lesser tech than the tech you're charging the battery with, it works well. If you are trying to charge the battery while charging an external device with high end QC or USB-C, the battery's passthrough isn't a great option. This is just the realization of the technology. .
2.Would this serve to charge the Nintendo Switch? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes, at about 12% per hour while playing. If you need something faster get a unit that support Power Delivery (PD).
3.Will this battery pack quick-charge a Google Pixel? The Pixel uses a different quick charge standard (USB-C PD). Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: This device does not support the 100W (20V / 5A) standard for USB-C Power Delivery. It will still charge a device such as a Google Pixel, but it has a maximum output of 5V / 3A, which is the standard output for USB-C devices..
4.is type c on the battery just for charging the battery Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: The Type c is an input and output. You can use it to recharge the 20,100 mah external battery or to power an Apple MacBook. In the description, it says to contact customer service to buy this external battery to charge your Type c input devices with the Type c to Type c cables. Hope this helps..
5.What output should i use to charge my nintendo switch? So far, I only tried the qualcomm quickcharge port and the ismart port. Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I'm using the USB c because it' rated for 3 amps. Buy a Male to male USB c and you will have the best results.
6.How many watts is the wall plug? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: depends on your device, if your device support Quick Charge 3.0 technology the maximum output would be 24W 3.6 - 6.5V/3A, 6.5 - 9V/2A, 9 - 12V/2A .
7.Will a qc 2.0 compatible device fast charge over the qc 3.0 port? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes. I've had no problems quick charging with my QC 2.0 phones..
8.This comes with a nice, mesh pouch/sleeve....My question is: Can it be left in this sleeve while charging or using it to charge other items? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Of course it can be left in the sleeve but this is definitely NOT recommended. All charging involves heat production so it is VERY highly advisable to not cover any of the equipment involved..
9.Will this fast charge a moto z force? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Don't see why not. it has fast cable c port and a usb port so no problem there/.
10.Can this charge a harmon speaker Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: What model and I can look up the specs and match them up..
