Due to the huge capacity, it takes longer time if un-appropriated ac charger and cables have been used. Normally it takes about 30 hours to be fully recharged via 1A charger, about 16-18 hours via 2.4A charger. So we suggest you choose 2A or 2.4A charger to recharge it.

While charging, the first battery indicator starts blinking when the power bank is being charged. When the battery level reaches 25%, the first indicator becomes lights on and the second starts blinking. The pattern repeats until all indicators become lights on and the device is fully charged. It would be fully charged when all the four lights on. Battery level indicator will have all LEDs on and turn off automatically when disconnected.

It can’t be electronic sparking as it has not even been connected. After confirmation with our engineer, due to the tight connection between the usb cable and usb port of the battery pack, it makes clicks sounds. However it would be better protection for the battery pack. Normally as long as it can be recharged and charge carefully, there is no problem.

Is this battery brick able to go through tsa lines in a checked bag? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I am researching this myself for an upcoming trip to China. According to the Civil Aviation Administration of China "the rated energy of lithium batteries that are taken onto an air plane either in hand baggage or consigned luggage should not exceed 160wh." Since his is <100wh it should be allowed as unchecked luggage.

How long will this take to charge and iPhone 6+? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: The same amount of time that a wall charger does. Your phone controls how fast it's being charged depending on the available amperage of what's being plugged into it. That's why lower amperage bricks and non-charging USB ports on computers will "Slow charge". This device offers enough amperage where your IPhone should select the faster mode which is what it uses with a good wall adapter.

How do you charge this? From what i've read it comes with just 2 usb cables for charging phones. What about the device itself? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I use a wall charger with a USB output. It does not come with any cables. You have to supply them yourself.

Can it be charge by solar panels Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Anything can be charged by solar panels if the voltage and amperage is correct. This charges with 2 amps at 5 volts. That is equivalent to a standard tablet device power supply. If your solar panels can charge an iPad or similar tablet, it can charge this.

can this charge laptop? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: No, as long as the input charging current of this charger is within 5V2.4A, it does not apply to laptops. If you would like to buy one, we would highly recommend you our RAVPower 26800 Type-C charger which is also of excellent quality for sale. Will this charge a Dell Venu 11 Pro 7000 series? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: This is not the ravpower for laptops. Does great on the iPad Pro using 2.4amp output, but it doesn't have enough volts to charge a laptop. You can use this one http://www.amazon.com/RAVPower-23000mAh-Portable-Charger-External/dp/B00HFMUBYG which is also made by ravpower and is made for all devices
