I use this all the time, even at home. Use my cell phone a lot, so it's battery is constantly running low. This battery pack allows me to recharge it anywhere without being close to an outlet.

** Amazon Customer Questions & Answers **
The questions and answers below were created by Amazon customers, who are not affiliated or in any way officially connected with RAVPower. Please follow their advice at your own discretion.
1.Where can we left a review?
A: Log in your Amazon account firstly and share your great experience via the link: https://www.amazon.com/review/review-your-purchases?asins=B012NIQG5E.
2.I have recharged it for long time over 24 hours and it can't be fully recharged, why?
A: Due to the huge capacity, it takes longer time if un-appropriated ac charger and cables have been used. Normally it takes about 30 hours to be fully recharged via 1A charger, about 16-18 hours via 2.4A charger. So we suggest you choose 2A or 2.4A charger to recharge it..
3.All four lights have been on for several hours now. Will they go out? If not, how do I determine when the battery is fully charged?
A: While charging, the first battery indicator starts blinking when the power bank is being charged. When the battery level reaches 25%, the first indicator becomes lights on and the second starts blinking. The pattern repeats until all indicators become lights on and the device is fully charged. It would be fully charged when all the four lights on. Battery level indicator will have all LEDs on and turn off automatically when disconnected..
4.When I plug in cables to charge, there is a cracking sound which sounds like it could be sparking inside the socket. The same sound comes from all three sockets. Is this normal/expected or should I return the item as faulty?
A: It can’t be electronic sparking as it has not even been connected. After confirmation with our engineer, due to the tight connection between the usb cable and usb port of the battery pack, it makes clicks sounds. However it would be better protection for the battery pack. Normally as long as it can be recharged and charge carefully, there is no problem..
5.Is this battery brick able to go through tsa lines in a checked bag? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Dear Customer, Our RAVPower 26800mAh power bank is 99.16Watt, thus it can be taken on an airplane within a carried luggage..
6.Does this support pass through charging? i.e. Can it charge devices when it is being charged itself. Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes, this power bank support pass through charging. You can recharge the power bank while it is charging another device simultaneously. However we don't suggest you always do this as it will reduce the battery lifespan of both the power bank and your device..
7.How long will this take to charge and iPhone 6+? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: The same amount of time that a wall charger does. Your phone controls how fast it's being charged depending on the available amperage of what's being plugged into it. That's why lower amperage bricks and non-charging USB ports on computers will "Slow charge". This device offers enough amperage where your IPhone should select the faster mode which is what it uses with a good wall adapter. .
8.How do you charge this? From what i've read it comes with just 2 usb cables for charging phones. What about the device itself? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I use a wall charger with a USB output. It does not come with any cables. You have to supply them yourself..
9.Can it be charge by solar panels Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Anything can be charged by solar panels if the voltage and amperage is correct. This charges with 2 amps at 5 volts. That is equivalent to a standard tablet device power supply. If your solar panels can charge an iPad or similar tablet, it can charge this..
10.Will this charge from a RAVpower 15w solar panel? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I don't have this exact charger but I have a 20w goal zero panel that I have charged other Ravpower chargers with no problems..
11.Does this have quick charge 2.0 support? Since I have the galaxy s7, I would like to find one that does Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I have a galaxy s6 and it does not support fast charging. Very disappointing....
12.can this charge laptop? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: No, as long as the input charging current of this charger is within 5V2.4A, it does not apply to laptops. If you would like to buy one, we would highly recommend you our RAVPower 26800 Type-C charger which is also of excellent quality for sale. Please check the link as below: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LRQDAEI.
13.It's listed for $37.49 on companies website, it was that price on amazon last time I checked. Why is it $50 all of sudden? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: So they can put it on sale for $37.49 in 2016 as a deal of the day..
14.Will this charge a Dell Venu 11 Pro 7000 series? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: This is not the ravpower for laptops. Does great on the iPad Pro using 2.4amp output, but it doesn't have enough volts to charge a laptop. You can use this one http://www.amazon.com/RAVPower-23000mAh-Portable-Charger-External/dp/B00HFMUBYG which is also made by ravpower and is made for all devices.
