If you try to run 120 watts through this thing, bad things will happen. It will handle 2.4 watts per outlet. The most likely outcome is that you would simply blow your car's fuse to the cigarette lighter. If the fuse doesn't blow quickly enough, you may fry the adapter. 120 watts is an enormous amount of power. Your two front headlights use that on the "bright" setting. What are you trying to power, a giant subwoofer? This is for portable rechargeable things, such as your phone. Anything drawing 120 watts will need its own heavy-gauge wiring directly from your car's battery.
